May's Bike Log
Here is my log of riding in May. Unfortunately I suffered from two set backs in May, one my bike is having troubles and I needed to fix it, the other is that I tore my meniscus (in my knee) and need to have Surgery in June. :(
Though my log is pretty pathetic, I can happily say I have done a number of things to keep myself in shape. May was the start of summer Hockey and I started playing Ultimate Frisbee 3 days a week for lunch, and walk in the mornings before work.
Also on the good news is that June has started out well for biking and looks to be a great training month. I will be biking most days to work, and will be starting up my summer gym membership! I will keep you guys posted...
Wednesday, May 2nd - Pulling kids in trailer (7 miles, 1/2 hour)
Sunday, May 6th - Riding with Shaun (14 miles, 1 hour)
Tuesday, May 8th - Riding with Sharks (22 miles, 1.2 hours)
Tuesday, May 12th - On the Trainer (1 hour)
Tuesday, May 14th - On the Trainer (1 hour)
Tuesday, May 15th - Bike Needs Repair :(
Tuesday, May 23rd - Finally figured out how to get my bike working!
Tuesday, May 24th - On the Trainer (1.5 hours)
Tuesday, May 26th - On the Trainer (1 hours)
May's Grand Total - 43 miles (7.3 hours)
